| Abstract (English): |
This study has gone through different stages. Stage one involved designing the framework for the study as well as creating its goals in indicating their importance and followed by the literature review of the subject of TQM. Stage two concentrated on doing the field study, in which the research created a survey to measure the effectiveness and the quality of the management after streamlining TQM throughout the university, and how much the employees are satisfied and engaged with this dynamic change in their environment. The survey response were collected taking into consideration random samples from the departments which gained the ISO certificate in the university including: Engineering Department and quality and development center. The results were analyzed using SPSS and a list of recommendations were provided by the researcher. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |

تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على آراء منسوبي جامعة الملك عبدالعزيز من أعضاء هيئة التدريس والموظفين، في مدى فاعلية الأداء بعد تطبيق الآيزو 9001 على بعض القطاعات في الجامعة الحاصلة على الشهادة، وقد تعددت المراحل التي تم فيها إنجاز هذه الدراسة، حيث تمثلت المرحلة الأولى: في إعداد تصميم الإطار العام للدراسة، وتحديد الأهداف، وتوضيح أهميتها، وأعقب ذلك دراسة نظرية لكل ما يتعلق بمفهوم إدارة الجودة الشاملة، ثم تركزت المرحلة الثانية: في إجراء الدراسة الميدانية والتطبيقية، حيث قامت الباحثة بتصميم استبيانين حول فاعلية وجودة الأداء الإداري بعد تطبيق الجودة الشاملة ومدى رضا وتفاعل العاملين في الجامعة مع هذا التطوير الحيوي والمهم في مؤسساتهم العلمية، وقد تم جمع الاستبانات باستخدام العينة العشوائية من العاملين في الجهات التي حصلت على شهادة الآيزو بالجامعة، ومن ثم قدمت الباحثة توصيات البحث حول مدى فاعلية الحصول على شهادة الآيزو في إحداث تطور في الأداء الإداري للمؤسسات التي حصلت على هذه الشهادة، ولإيجاد الآليات الفاعلة لإشراك المؤسسات التعليمية فيها في عمليات التقويم والتطوير والتجويد.
