| Abstract (English): |
This study aimed at investigating the actual application of the electronic administration in secondary private schools in the Governorate of the capital of Jordan from the perspective of the principals of these schools, and whether it differs according to the variables of: gender, experiences years, and qualifications. To achieve the aims of the study, the researcher developed aquestionaire consisted of (60) items distribiuted on three domains: Infrastructure and Technical Equipments, Administrative Services, and Services to Beneficieries. The sample of the study consisted of (140) principals randomly selected. The results of the study revealed that the public school principals' perceptions were high in all domains, and that there were statistically significant differences in their perceptions due to the gender in favor of males, and to the years of experience, years in favor of the principals, and to the qualification in favor of diploma, bachelor and above. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في المدارس الثانوية الخاصة في محافظة العاصمة من وجهة نظر المديرين أنفسهم، وفيما إذا كان ذلك يختلف تبعا لمتغيرات: الجنس، وسنوات الخبرة، والمؤهل العلمي. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة طورت استبانة مكونة من (60) فقرة موزعة على مجالات: البنية التحتية والتجهيزات التعليمية، والخدمات الإدارية، وخدمات المستفيدين. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (140) مديرا اختيروا بالطريقة العشوائية. أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن تصورات المديرين كانت عالية لجميع المجالات، وأن هناك فروقا ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05 = α) في ُعزى للجنس لصالح الذكور، وسنوات الخبرة لصالح الخبرة الأعلى، وللمؤهل العلمي لصالح درجة الدبلوم تصورات المديرين ت إلى بكالوريوس فأعلى.
