| Abstract (English): | Agriculture and energy are closely linked, but the nature and strength of this relationship evolves over time. Agriculture has always been a source of renewable energy and energy is a major input in modern agricultural production. In this context, the idea is based on the production of biofuels as renewable energy. However this approach puts pressure on the demand for natural resources. From this vision, the issue to be made is about diversion of agricultural potential for commercial purposes and the impact of this approach on food security. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
| Abstract (French): | L'agriculture et l'énergie entretiennent des liens étroits, mais la nature et la force de ces liens évoluent avec le temps. L'agriculture a toujours été une source d'énergie renouvelable et l'énergie est un intrant majeur de la production agricole moderne. Dans ce contexte, l'idée s'articule sur la production des biocarburants comme énergie renouvelable. En revanche, cette démarche exerce une pression sur la demande de ressources naturelles. A partir de cette vision, la problématique posée s'articule autour de détournement du potentiel agricole à des fins commerciales et l'impact de cette démarche sur la sécurité alimentaire. | Abstract (Arabic): | فحوى هذا الموضوع يخص العلاقة الترابطية بين الزراعة والطاقة انطلاقا من إنتاج الوقود الحيوي بحكم أهميته البيئية و الدور الحيوي الذي يلعبه على المستوى الاقتصادي في خلق ديناميكية جديدة على مستوى التشغيل والدخل. في هذا الإطار تجدر الإشارة إلى أهمية الوقود الحيوي باعتباره طاقة متجددة من أصل زراعي. بالمقابل يجب تسليط الضوء على مختلف الانعكاسات السلبية لهذا التوجه. انطلاقا من هذه الرؤية، تكمن الإشكالية في األثر الناجم عن تحويل اإلمكانيات الزراعية المتاحة الكامنة لأغراض تجارية وتسويقية. كل هذا من أجل توفير المادة الأولية لإنتاج الوقود الحيوي على حساب الأمن الغذائي.
