مستخلص: The focus of this article is to discuss and analyze the therapeutic principles and ethical dilemmas that might be encountered in our medical practice during cerebral palsy (CP) rehabilitation. Because of the complex nature of cerebral palsy, health care can be a context in which the persons with cerebral palsy are confronted with important ethical and social challenges. Child's family, life environment and health care professionals are the specific external factors with direct implications in case management. To a large extent, society can shape the life of a CP diagnosed patients, or with other developmental neuro-motor disability, but if this overall shaping is made on solid ethical principles, we consider that the balance can be turned so as to obtain more benefits for a CP child's life.
