| Abstract (English): | The study aimed to concert for the development of graduate programs at the faculty of Education, The King Khalid University know the reality of the obstacles they face, and know the indicators of quality excellence graduate programs with some foreign universities, the study relied on the descriptive approach, the study population consisted of students from the stage of master's and doctoral programs Graduate Studies at the Faculty of Education, Society 106 students represent four disciplines: Educational, Administration, supervision, and curriculum and interactions methods public, and the curricula and methods of teaching science, and guidance and counseling, and the study was conducted with a sample of 68 students, and to collect data necessary to achieve the resolution has been prepared, and included (60) items, (30) hems for academic obstacles, and (30) items non-academic obstacles (administrative, economic and social. The study concluded conceived proposal for the development of graduate programs at the Faculty of Education at King Khalid University in the indicators of quality and excellence are a number of elements are: premises visualization, and mechanisms which were represented in the mechanisms of the development of the system, acceptance, and leadership university, and focus on the faculty, and the curriculum of the school, students, and calendar system also addressed the perception of the obstacles facing the development of graduate programs at the Faculty of Education, King Khalid University and ways to overcome them, and finally, the authorities responsible for the implementation of the proposed concept. | Abstract (Arabic): | هدفت الدراسة إلى وضع تصور مقترح لبرامج الدراسات العليا بكلية التربية جامعة الملك خالد، وذلك من خلال تعرف واقع المعوقات التي تواجهها، وتعرف مؤشرات الجودة النوعية التميز ببرامج الدراسات العليا ببعض الجامعات الأجنبية. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، كما تكون مجتمعها من طلاب مرحلة الماجستير والدكتوراه ببرامج الدراسات العليا بكلية التربية، جامعة الملك خالد في الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام الجامعي 2012/ 2013، البالغ عددهم (106) طلاب يمثلون أربعة تخصصات: الإدارة، الإشراف التربوي، والمناهج وطرق التدريس العامة، والمناهج وطرق تدريس العلوم، والتوجيه والإرشاد النفسي، وأجريت الدراسة على عينة تكونت من (68) طالباً، ولجمع البيانات اللازمة لتحقيق تم إعداد الاستبانة، وشملت (60) مفردة، بواقع (30) مفردة للمعوقات الأكاديمية، و(30) مفردة للمعوقات غير الأكاديمية (إدارية واقتصادية واجتماعية)، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتطوير برامج الدراسات العليا بكلية التربية جامعة الملك خالد في مؤشرات الجودة النوعية والتميز، تكون من عدد من العناصر، هي: منطلقات التصور، وآلياته التي تمثلت في آليات تطوير نظام القبول، والقيادة الجامعية، والتركيز على أعضاء هيئة التدريس، والمناهج الدراسية، والطلاب، ونظام التقويم، كما تناول التصور المعوقات التي تواجه تطوير ب ا رمج الدراسات العليا بكلية التربية جامعة الملك خالد وسبل التغلب عليها، وأخيراً الجهات المسؤولة عن تنفيذ التصور المقترح.
