| Abstract (English): |
The study aims at identifying the computer ethics and their associated educational behaviors among the teachers at the secondary schools level, and the roles of teachers to enhance these ethics among the students, and solution for these is also discussed. The objectives of the study are carried out thought descriptive method. The study was conducted over (116) supervisors, and applied (109) supervisors. The study incorporate the issues related to computer ethics such as: Intellectual Property Rights, Privacy, Pornography, Fraud, Harming Others, Harming the Society, User Self-harming, and Information Availability. The average of the statically study towards the roles of computer teachers in ethics is shown as (2.80) out of (4), this results indicates that the roles of computer teachers is an unacceptable level; due to the importance of computer ethics. The study recommend to implement training courses for teachers to develop their knowledge and skills related computer ethics, so as to inculcate these among students, and a proposal is issued to include computer ethics in the curriculum within College of Education. هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد أخلاقيات الحاسب الآلي، وكذلك السلوكيات التربوية المرتبطة بها التي يجب أن يلم بها معلمي الحاسب الآلي في المرحلة الثانوية، وأدوار معلمي الحاسب الآلي في تعزيز تلك الأخلاقيات والسلوكيات التربوية المرتبطة بها من وجهة نظر مشرفيهم التربويين. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، وقد أجريت الدراسة على (116) مشرفاً، وحينما طبقت الدراسة عليهم أجاب منهم (109) مشرفاً، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن قضايا أخلاقيات الحاسب الآلي التي ينبغي على معلمي الحاسب الآلي الإلمام بها هي: حقوق الملكية الفكرية، والخصوصية، والإباحية، والاحتيال، والضرر بالآخرين، والضرر بالمجتمع، وضرر بالمستخدم نفسه، واتاحة المعلومات، كما أشارت النتائج إلى أن المتوسط العام لآراء أفراد العينة عن دور معلمي الحاسب الآلي في تعزيز السلوكيات التربوية المرتبطة بأخلاقيات الحاسب الآلي بلغ (2.80) من (4)، وهو يقع في المستوى المتوسط، ممّا يدّل أن دور معلمي الحاسب الآلي في تعزيز السلوكيات التربوية المرتبطة بأخلاقيات الحاسب الآلي في مستوى غير مقبول؛ نظراً لأهمية السلوكيات التربوية المرتبطة بقضايا أخلاقيات الحاسب الآلي. ولذلك توصي الدراسة بعمل دورات تدريبية لمعلمي الحاسب الآلي لتنمية معارفهم ومهاراتهم حول أخلاقيات الحاسب الآلي وكيفية تعزيزها لدى الطلاب، وتضمين مقرر لأخلاقيات الحاسب الآلي ضمن مقررات طلاب كلية التربية.
