| Abstract (English): |
We present the clinical case of a young woman, 29 years old, with a tongue cavernous haemangioma, diagnosed by clinical examination and by IRM with contrast. Before surgery we performed bilateral carotid angiography with profilactic embolisation of lingual artery. The surgical intervention allowed radical ablation of the vascular tumour. We detail the importance of imagistic exploration in the diagnosis and treatment of this case. The collaboration between the radiologist, ENT surgeon and OMF surgeon allows the complete cure of a tongue haemangioma. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |

Vom prezenta cazul clinic al unei paciente de sex feminin, de 29 de ani, cu un hemangiom cavernos pelvilingual, diagnosticată clinic și imagistic prin IRM cu contrast i.v. Am efectuat angiografia carotidiană bilaterală preoperatorie, cu embolizare profilactică de arteră linguală. Intervenția chirurgicală a permis ablația radicală a tumorii. Vom comenta pe larg importanța imagisticii în diagnosticul și tratamentul acestui caz. Colaborarea interdisciplinară cu imagistul, cu radiologul intervențional, precum și colaborarea chirurg ORL - chirurg OMF permit rezolvarea cu succes a unui caz de hemangiom lingual.
