A case study is presented of a 57 and 47-year old nonsmoking woman and women presented with psychotic exacerbation and dermatitis. Drug concentration monitoring showed increases for clozapine and norclozapine; role of C-reactive protein in increasing inflammation; and analysis of concentration- to-dose ratio. Further patients were treated of the same. |
