| Abstract (English): |
This study aimed to identify the role of charitable societies in the field of drug prevention through their preventive measures , and efforts for coordinating with other institutions of society as well as identifying the obstacles that affect their performance and the proposals that can enhance their role in preventing the society from narcotic drugs. The study was applied on two charitable societies: Kafa Society in Jeddah and Tafi society in Dammam. The investigator has used two approaches: The Qualitative approach by relying on the analysis of the content of information , data and previous studies on the topic of the study. And the quantitative approach through relying on social survey of the sample which consisted of 11 staff working in the two societies in the light of the analysis of the content of the qualitative data and the statistical analysis of the quantitative data. Therefore the study has shown a group of results most notably that both Kafa and Tafi societies have played a positive role towards the society in the field of the prevention of narcotic drugs. Finally the study has presented a number of proposals that can enhance the role of the charitable societies in the prevention of narcotic drugs [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الجمعيات الخيرية في مجال الوقاية من المخدرات بوساطة إجراءاتها الوقائية، وجهودها التنسيقية مع مؤسسات المجتمع الأخرى، وكذلك التعرف على المعوقات التي تؤثر على أدائها، والمقترحات التي يمكن أنْ تعززَ دورها في وقاية المجتمع من المخدرات. وجرى تطبيق الدراسة على جمعيتينِ هما: جمعية كفى بجدة، وجمعية تعافي بالدمام، واستخدم الباحث منهجين هما: المنهج الكيفي بالاعتماد على تحليل مضمون ما ورد من معلومات وبيانات ودراسات سابقة عن موضوع الدراسة، والمنهج الكَمِّي بوساطة الاعتماد على المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة، والتي بلغ حجمها 11 فرداً من العاملينَ في الجمعيتينِ، وفي ضوء تحليل مضمون البيانات الكيفيّة، والتحليل الإحصائي للبيانات الكَمِّيّة فقد كشفت الدراسة عن مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها: أنَّ جمعية كفى، وجمعية تعافي قد أدَّيا دوراً إيجابيًا تجاه المجتمع في مجال الوقاية من المخدرات. وأخيرًا قدمت الدراسة عددًا من المقترحات التي يمكن أنْ تعزز دور الجمعيات الخيرية في الوقاية من المخدرات [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
