目的探讨胃肠道间质瘤（GIST）的临床、病理及免疫组化特征。方法选取2013年1月至2017年5月该 院病理科11例，同时选取2015年1月至2017年5月重庆金域医学检验所有限公司92例，共103例GIST患者的临床病理资 料进行分析。光镜下HE染色观察组织形态，免疫组化S⁃P法观察103 例GIST 的CD117、CD34、DOG⁃1、SMA、S100、Desmin、 Ki67表达，并分析与临床病理的关系。结果103例GIST中梭形细胞型65例（63.1%），上皮细胞型28例（27.2%），混合型10 例（9.7%）；CD117、CD34、DOG⁃1阳性表达率分别为93.2%、75.6%、95.1%；危险程度极低11例（10.7%），低28例（27.2%），中 等29例（28.2%），高35例（34.0%）。结论GIST组织学上富于梭形细胞和（或）上皮样细胞偶有多形性细胞混合，CD117、 CD34、DOG⁃1免疫组化同时检测有助于GIST的诊断；GIST的危险程度与肿瘤部位、大小、核分裂象等密切相关。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
