| Abstract (English): |
The study aimed to determine the degree of importance of the partnership between the University of Jeddah and the private sector considering the vision of Saudi Arabia 2030, identify the main obstacles of the partnership between the University of Jeddah and the private sector, and reveal the differences in the responses of the sample of the study of the importance of partnership between Jeddah University and the private sector, And degree. The researcher used the analytical descriptive method. To achieve the objectives of the study and data collection, the questionnaire tool was used. The study population consisted of (535) faculty members at the University of Jeddah. The sample was selected in random stratified form to implement the questionnaire. 1- The data were statistically analyzed using the SPSS program. The results of the study were as follows: 2- The importance of the partnership between the University of Jeddah and the private sector in the light of the vision of Saudi Arabia 2030 was a total high. 3- The degree of presence of obstacles to the partnership between the University of Jeddah and the private sector came overall high 4- There are no statistically significant differences at (0.05) between the opinions of the sample of the study about the importance of partnership between the University of Jeddah and the private sector due to gender variable. 5- There are statistically significant differences at the level of (0.01) between the opinions of the sample members of the study on the importance of the partnership between the University of Jeddah and the private sector due to the variable of the scientific qualification, for the benefit of the members of the faculty of degree (Associate Professor) Assistant). 6- Based on the results of the study, many recommendations and proposals were presented. هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد درجة أهمية الشراكة بين جامعة جدة والقطاع الخاص في ضوء رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية 2030، والتعرف على أهم معوقات الشراكة بين جامعة جدة والقطاع الخاص، والكشف عن الفروق في استجابات عينة الدراسة لأهمية الشراكة بين جامعة جدة والقطاع الخاص وفق المتغيرات: الجنس، والدرجة العلمية. واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة وجمع البيانات استخدم أداة الاستبانة، وتكون مجتمع الدراسةمن (535) عضو هيئة تدريس بجامعة جدة، وتم اختيار عينة الدراسة بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية لتطبيق الاستبانة، وبلغ عددها ( 277) عضو هيئة تدريس. وتم تحليل البيانات إحصائيا باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية SPSS للعلوم وتوصلت نتائج الدراسةإلى: -1 أن درجة أهمية الشراكة بين جامعة جدة والقطاع الخاص في ضوء رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية 2030 جاءت إجمالا بدرجة مرتفعة. -2 أن درجة تواجد معوقات الشراكة بين جامعة جدة والقطاع الخاص جاءت إجمالا بدرجة مرتفعة. -3 لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى ( 0,05 ) بين آراء أفراد عينة الدراسة حول أهمية الشراكة بين جامعة جدة والقطاع الخاص تعزى لمتغير الجنس. -4 توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى ( 0,01 ) بين آراء أفراد عينة الدراسة حول أهمية الشراكة بين جامعة جدة والقطاع الخاص تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، وذلك لصالح أعضاء هيئة التدريس أصحاب الدرجة العلمية (أستاذ مشارك) في مقابل (أستاذ، وأستاذ مساعد). وبناء على نتائج الدراسة تم تقديم عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات.
