| Abstract (English): |
This research consists of four chapters. The first includes; the research’s problem, importance of the study and its goals. The second chapter consists of two main topics; the first explores the role of music and singing in public life and how it has been applied to religious rituals. The second topic deals with multi types of Al-Manqaba Al- Nabaweyagenres in Baghdad city, types of occasions that Al-Manqaba Al-Nabaweya is performed in, and the most prominent musical scales that used in the Al-Manqaba Al-Nabaweya.The third chapter embraces the research procedures and the samples of the study. Finally, the fourth chapter includes the results of the musical analysis, conclusions, suggestions, recommendations and a list of the study sources. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |

يتألف البحث من أربعة فصول، يتناول الفصل الأول مشكلة البحث وأهميته وأهدافه، بينما يستعرض الفصل الثاني الإطار النظري الذي تكون من مبحثين: يتطرق الأول إلى دور الموسيقى والغناء في الحياة العامة وتوظيفها في الطقوس الدينية، بينما تطرق الثاني إلى أشكال المنقبة النبوية في بغداد وأنواع المناسبات التي تقام فيها المنقبة النبوية وابرز المقامات الموسيقية المستخدمة في قراءة المنقبة النبوية. أما الفصل الثالث فتضمن إجراءات البحث ومجتمع البحث وعينته التي ضمت أربع عينات .أما الفصل الرابع فيستعرض نتائج التحليل الموسيقي لأشغال المنقبة النبوية في عينات التحليل وملخص لنتائج البحث بشكل عام ثم الاستنتاجات والتوصيات والمقترحات ثم قائمة المصادر.
