مستخلص: [Objective] This experiment was carried out to explore the effects of Solanum lycopersicum rootstock grafting on tomato resistance and quality. [Methods] 6 different S. lycopersicum rootstocks were used to graft, Guihong 2, tomato. The grafting affinity was beter and the resistance to bacterial wilt was higher. [Results] S. lycopersicum rootstock grafting may reduce the tomato, but it can improve the taste and endogenous quality of tomato. Besides, soluble solids, soluble sugar, Vc content, and sugar-acid ratio were al significantly higher than that of the control group. [Conclusions] S. lycopersicum rootstock y11, 53, and 177 grafting can increase Vc, soluble solids, and sugar-acid ratio of tomato fruit, so they are optimal rootstocks for tomato grafting.
