Abstract (English): This study addresses the testimony of the non-Muslims from two aspects: first, their testimony on each other. Second their testimony that involves Muslims. The study results revealed that the testimony of Non-Muslims on each other is permissible to sustain their rights and for stability to their dealings. While, their testimony on Muslims, according to consensus of scholars in Islam Jurisprudence, is not acceptable, however, the exception of this origin is to accept their testimony on a Muslim will during traveling. Abstract (Turkish): Bu çalışma Gayrimüslimlerin şahitliğini iki açıdan ele almaktadır. Birincisi, birbirleri hakkındaki şahitliktir. İkincisi Müslümanlara yönelik şahitliğidir. Çalışma gayrimüslimlerin birbirleri hakkındaki şahitliğin haklarının devamı ve alışverişlerinin sürekliliği bağlamında geçerliliğini ortaya koymaktadır. Bununla birlikte Müslümanlar konusunda gayrimüslimlerin şahitliği İslam hukuku açısından âlimlerin icmasıyla kabul edilemezdir. Bu durumun tek istisnası seyahat halindeki Müslüman hakkında yapacağı şahitliktir. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
Abstract (Arabic): تناولت الدراسة شهادة غير المسلمين من جهتين : الأولى شهادتهم على بعضهم البعض ، والثانية شهادتهم على المسلمين ، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن شهادة غير المسلمين على بعضهم البعض جائزة حفظا لحقوقهم ، واستقرارا لمعاملاتهم. في حين أن الأصل المقرر بإجماع الفقهاء عدم قبول شهادتهم على المسلمين ، ويستثنى من هذا الأصل قبول شهادتهم على وصية المسلم في السفر.
