This study aimed at revealing the administrative creativity of the administrative leaders in private Jordanian universities and its relation to crisis management from the point of view of faculty members. The study sample consisted of (183) faculty members who were selected in two stages: The first stage by random cluster method, by which, only (13) private Jordanian university were selected. And the second stage by random stratified method. In order to collect data, the researcher used two questionnaires: the first to measure administrative creativity degree among the administrative leaders in Jordanian private universities, and the second to measure crisis management degree among the administrative leaders in Jordanian private universities, their validity and reliability were verified. The most important results were: the degree of administrative creativity practice among the administrative leaders in Jordanian private universities from the point of view of faculty members was medium, In addition, the degree of administrative leaders of the Jordanian private universities practice for crises management from the point of view of the faculty members were at high and medium level, for the three crises management stages (before the crisis, during the crisis, and after the crisis). The results also showed that there was no statistically significant differences between the averages of administrative creativity and crisis management degrees among the administrative leaders in Jordanian private universities from the point of view of the faculty members due to variables (gender, academic rank, years of experience). The study also showed a positive correlation between the degree of management leaders' practice in the private Jordanian universities for administrative innovation and crisis management by correlation coefficient (0.86). هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة ممارسة القادة الإداريين للإبداع الإداري في الجامعات الخاصة الأردنية وعلاقته بإدارة الأزمات. وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (183) عضو هيئة تدريس، تم اختيارهم على مرحلتين: المرحلة الأولى بالطريقة العشوائية العنقودية، ومنها تم الاقتصار على (13) جامعة أردنية خاصة، والمرحلة الثانية بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية، ولجمع البيانات استخدم الباحث استبانتين: الأولى لقياس درجة الابداع الإداري لدى القادة الإداريين في الجامعات الخاصة الأردنية ، والثانية لقياس درجة إدارة الأزمات لدى القادة الإداريين في الجامعات الخاصة الأردنية ، تم التحقق من صدقهما وثباتهما. ومن أبرز النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها: أن درجة ممارسة الإبداع الإداري لدى القادة الإداريين في الجامعات الخاصة الأردنية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس جاءت في الدرجة المتوسطة، كما أن درجة ممارسة القادة الإداريين في الجامعات الخاصة الأردنية لإدارة الأزمات من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس جاءت في الدرجة المرتفعة والمتوسطة، لمراحل إدارة الأزمات الثلاث (قبل حدوث الأزمة، وأثناء حدوث الأزمة، وما بعد الأزمة). كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطات الحسابية لدرجة ممارسة الإبداع الإداري وادارة الأزمات لدى القادة الإداريين في الجامعات الخاصة الأردنية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس تعزى لمتغيرات (الجنس، والرتبة الأكاديمية، وسنوات الخبرة)،. كما أظهرت الدراسة علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين درجة ممارسة القادة الإداريين في الجامعات الخاصة الأردنية للإبداع الإداري، وادارة الأزمات بمعامل ارتباط(0.86).
