| Abstract (English): |
This study aims to demonstrate the importance of strategic thinking for small and medium enterprises to address environmental challenges through specific strategies and strategic planning in order to maintain their survival and development, given their role and their importance in economic development. This study concluded that the strategic management of small and medium enterprises is one of the most effective methods for maintaining business and existence at present, and the strategic management approach has led these entreprises to develop in many countries. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيين أهمية التفكير الإستراتيجي للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة لمواجهة التحديات المتواجدة في المحيط من خلال الاعتماد على استراتيجيات معينة وعلى التخطيط الإستراتيجي للمحافظة على بقائها وتطورها نظرا لدورها الكبير وأهميتها في تنمية اقتصاد الدول. وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن التسيير الإستراتيجي للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة يعد من أنجع الأساليب للمحافظة على نشاطها واستمرارها في وقتنا الحالي وما حققته هذه المؤسسات من تطور في الكثير من الدول راجع إلى تسييرها يفكر إستراتيجي.
