| Abstract (English): |
A study of the irrigation situation of irrigation and drainage projects in Al-Kefel area contributes greatly to giving a picture on the possibility of investing the water in it and how to optimize the exploitation of this valuable resource to achieve the greatest amount of irrigation water efficiency especially that the study area suffers from a deficiency of water discharge rates for different uses Primarily the requirements of agricultural land and crops planted with water for irrigation. The research includes the theoretical framework and four sections, as addressed first topic of natural factors in terms of vouching and its impact on the efficiency of irrigation and drainage in the projects implemented, while the second section has me studying human factors and their impact on the efficiency of irrigation and drainage projects in hand, and ensure that the third section study the spatial extension of the network of irrigation and drainage In terms of efficiency of the tables, where the water needs of the crops cultivated in the area were extracted and compared with the irrigation schedules that they serve and the statement of the water deficit, problems and losses Which called for the inadequacy of irrigation schedules giving some solutions and proposals that would promote the irrigation status in the area, and with regard to the efficiency water banks extended on the land of the terms was reached efficiency by comparing total length of agricultural areas they serve has been shown through it that The pesticides vary in their degree of efficiency in serving agricultural land. ان دراسة الوضع الإروائي لمشاريع الري والبزل في ناحية الكفل يسهم بشكل كبير في اعطاء صورة حول امكانية استثمار المياه الموجودة فيها وكيفية الاستغلال الامثل لهذا المورد الثمين لتحقيق اكبر قدر من الكفاية المائية الإروائية خاصة وان منطقة الدراسة تعاني من نقص في معدلات تصاريف المياه المحددة للاستعمالات المختلفة فيها وفي مقدمتها متطلبات الاراضي الزراعية والمحاصيل المزروعة فيها من المياه اللازمة لإروائها. تضمن البحث الاطار النظري واربعة مباحث، اذ تناول المبحث الاول العوامل الطبيعية لناحية الكفل واثرها على كفاءة مشارع الري والبزل الموجودة فيها، اما المبحث الثاني فقد عُني بدراسة العوامل البشرية واثرها على كفاءة مشاريع الري والبزل في الناحية، وتضمن المبحث الثالث دراسة الامتداد المكاني لشبكة الري والبزل في الناحية، واختص المبحث الرابع بكفاءة جداول الري وقنوات البزل في الناحية، فبالنسبة لكفاءة الجداول حيث تم استخراج الاحتياجات المائية للمحاصيل المزروعة في الناحية ومقارنتها مع تصاريف جداول الري التي تخدمها وبيان العجز المائي والمشاكل والاسباب التي دعت الى عدم كفاية جداول الري مع اعطاء بعض الحلول والمقترحات التي من شانها ان تنهض بالوضع الإروائي في الناحية، وفيما يتعلق بكفاءة المبازل الممتدة على ارض الناحية حيث تم التوصل الى كفاءتها من خلال المقارنة بين اطوالها والمساحات الزراعية التي تخدمها وقد تبين من خلال ذلك ان المبازل تتباين في درجة كفاءتها في خدمة الاراضي الزراعية.
