A new disease called Ref Tourette syndrome is spreading like wildfire. Like normal Tourettes, the victim has an uncontrollable urge to start yelling expletives and appear to become enraged. The Ref strain is brought on when witnessing or even discussing the performance of NRL match officials. Even the most placid of fans can suddenly be struck down, causing them to curse, yell and even start pulling their hair out in extreme cases. At least Parramatta Eels president Denis Fitzgerald is consistent in his hatred for the team Melbourne Storm. |
