مستخلص: The article presents a study regarding the expression of the immunodominant 65,000 MW heat-shock protein (ML65hsp) of Mycobacterium leprae from the transfected mycobacterial gene in mouse microphages. Variables evaluated include the presence of ML65hsp in supernatants of CJ11 cells, and major histocompatibility complex restriction of recognition of endogenous ML65hsp on CJ11 cells.
