مستخلص: In order to improve the accuracy and practicability of the color matching of color spinning machines, the color matching algorithm is studied based on the Stearns--Noechel model. The method of determining the optimal parameters in the Stearns--Noechel model is changed, and the parameter M is cyclically assigned. When the color difference is the smallest, the corresponding M is the optimal parameter prediction formula. On this basis, the human visual characteristics are represented by codes and used for the color matching of the color spinning, and the color matching effect is judged by comparing the color difference between the standard sample and the fitting sample. The results show that the average fitted color difference is 1.02 according to the previous fixed optimal parameter prediction formula, and the median is 1.08. After predicting the formula of the parameter M cycle, the average fitting color difference is 0.477, and the median is 0.46, so the color matching effect is improved. Based on the human eye visual property prediction formula, the average fitting color difference is 0.201, and the medien is 0.125, so the color matching effects further improved.
