| Abstract (English): |
This study aimed to identifying the degree of availability of utilities at the intermediate public school buildings in Makkah city and detecting the ways to develop the utilities. And determining the differences among the school principals' responses about the availability of utilities due to the variables of the years of service in administrative work, the condition of the building, building type, power, and the age of the building and determining the differences between the responses on ways to develop utilities. A questionnaire was designed to collect the data in addition to interviewing the principals. The questionnaire contained of (72) distributed to (95) respondents (principals), (78) of them were at the governmental schools and (19) at the private. The descriptive survey and (SPSS) data processing methods were adopted to analyzed the data. The study found that the availability degree of utilities at the intermediate public school buildings was low and the over representing the mean (1.66) and the ways to develop the utilities demonstrated (2.12). The results also revealed significant differences between the average degree of the availability of the utilities due to the impact of the authority and the in favor of the private school. There were significant differences between the average degree of the of the availability of the health club due to the variable of age of building in favor of 10 years and less. هدفت هذه الد ا رسة إلى تحديد درجة توافر الم ا رفق الخدمية في مباني المرحلة المتوسطة للتعليم العام بمدينة مكة المكرمة والكشف عن سبل تطويرها. والتعرف إلى الفروق بين متوسطات درجة استجابات مدي ا رت المدارس حول درجة توفر الم ا رفق الخدمية. وحول سبل تطويرها تعزى لأثر متغير سنوات الخدمة في العمل الإداري، وحالة المبنى، ونوع المبنى، والسلطة، وعمر المبنى. وتم تصميم استبانة احتوت على ) 72 ( عبارة حول محاور الد ا رسة وعززتها بزيا ا رت ميدانية ومقابلات شخصية لبعض المدي ا رت، تم تطبيقها على مجتمع الد ا رسة المتمثل في مدي ا رت المدارس والبالغ عددهن ) 95 ( مديرة. واعتمدت الد ا رسة على المنهج الوصفي وتوصلت الد ا رسة إلى النتائج الآتية: .)SPSS( المسحي ولمعالجة البيانات تم استخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للب ا رمج الاجتماعية أولاً، أن درجة توفر الم ا رفق الخدمية )الحضانة ورياض الأطفال، ومصادر التعلم، والعيادة الطبية، والنادي الصحي، والقاعة المتعددة الأغ ا رض( في مباني المرحلة المتوسطة للتعليم العام بمدينة مكة المكرمة منخفضة حيث بلغ المتوسط العام لاستجاباتهن حول جميع الأبعاد ) 1.66 (. ثانياً، أن سبل تطوير الم ا رفق الخدمية متوسطة حيث بلغ المتوسط العام ) 2.12 (. ثالثاً، توجد فروق ذات دلاله إحصائية بين متوسطات درجة استجابات مدي ا رت المدارس حول درجة توفر الخدمات تعزى لأثر السلطة وجاءت الفروق لصالح المدارس الأهلية، كما توجد فروق ذات دلاله حول درجة توفر النادي الصحي تُعزى لأثر عمر بالمبنى، وجاءت الفروق لصالح 10 سنوات فأقل.
