This study aimed to identify the degree of the availability of the standards of the council of exceptional children (CEC) in autism and behavioral disorders teacher education program at King Saud University from female senior student teachers’ perspective. It also aimed to explore the obstacles that face the activation of these standards in the program from the point of view of female senior students to develop autism and behavioral disorders teacher education program at King Saud University in the framework of the standards of the council of exceptional children. The researcher followed the descriptive survey approach and designed a questionnaire as an instrument. The population of the study consisted of all final year female students in the autism and behavioral disorders track at the B.A level in special education at King Saud University during the first semester 1436-1437 AH. Whose number was (34). The study revealed the representation of standards of the council as high in all seven standards covered by the study. The results of the analysis of the data revealed that the obstacles that hinder the achievement of these standards were few which obstructed the achievement of these standards. On the other hand, it was concluded that there were several benefits of the program and its achievement of standards of the council of exceptional children and so they enhance the high achievement of the standards of the council of exceptional children in autism and behavioral disorders teacher education program at King Saud University. ي برنامج إعداد معلمي الاضط ا ربات )CEC( هدفت الد ا رسة إلى معرفة درجة توفر معايير مجلس الأطفال غير العاديين السلوكية والتوحد بجامعة الملك سعود من وجهة نظر الطالبات المعلمات )طالبات السنة النهائية(، والكشف عن المعوقات التي تواجه تفعيل تلك المعايير لتطوير برنامج إعداد معلمي الاضط ا ربات السلوكية والتوحد بجامعة الملك سعود في اطار معايير مجلس الأطفال غير العاديين. واتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي وتكّون مجتمع الد ا رسة من جميع طالبات السنة النهائية في مسار الاضط ا ربات السلوكية والتوحد لمرحلة البكالوريوس بقسم التربية الخاصة في جامعة الملك سعود بمدينة الرياض، خلال 1437 ه(، والبالغ عددهن ) 43 ( طالبة .استخدمت الباحثة الاستبانة كأداة للبحث . - الفصل الأول من العام الجامعي ) 1436 في برنامج إعداد معلمي الاضط ا ربات السلوكية والتوحد )CEC( وكشفتالد ا رسة عن تحقق معايير مجلس الأطفال غير العاديين بجامعة الملك سعود من وجهة نظر طالبات السنة النهائية بدرجة عالية، وذلك في جميع المعايير السبعة التي اشتملت عليها أداة الد ا رسة. كما دلّت نتائج تحليل مضمون إجابات طالبات السنة النهائية حول المعوقات التي تحول دون تحقيق تلك المعايير أن هناك القليل من المعوقات التي حالت دون تحقيق البرنامج لتلك المعايير، وفي المقابل فقد استنتجت الباحثة من خلال إجابات طالبات السنة النهائية أنه تم الإشارة إلى العديد من الإيجابيات حول البرنامج وكيفية تحقيقه لمعايير مجلس الأطفال غير العاديين، التي بدورها تعزز نتيجة تحقيق معايير مجلس الأطفال غير العاديين في برنامج إعداد معلمي الاضط ا ربات السلوكية والتوحد بجامعة الملك سعود بدرجة توافر عالية كما أظهرته النتائج.وفي ضوء النتائج أوصت الد ا رسة مجموعة من التوصيات من أبرزها ضرورة م ا رجعة مسار الاضط ا ربات السلوكية والتوحد بقسم التربية الخاصة في الجامعةالملك سعود.
