| Abstract (English): |
The Study aimed to identify the reality of the quality of educational outcomes of Jordanian Universities from Academic Administrators Perspective; to improve the quality of educational outcomes in Jordanian Universities. The study sample consisted of (308) Member of academic administrators in Jordanian Universities, for the academic year (2014/2015). And to analysethe study data, they used mathematical averages, standard deviations, analysis of variance, (LSD) test for comparisons posteriori. The study results showed that the estimate of study sample of the reality of the quality of educational outcomes in Jordanian universities was average, also there's a statistically significant differences in the reality of the quality of educational outcomes in Jordanian universities, from academic administrators perspective, due to the variable job type. And the differences between (University President) and (Head of Department, Deputy Dean, Faculty Dean, and University Vice President) was in favor of (University President). As well as among those with position (Head of Department) and with position (Deputy Dean), and in favor of the Position (Deputy Dean). هدفت الد ا رسة تعرّف واقع جودة المخرجات التعليمية في الجامعات الأردنية من وجهة نظر الإداريين الأااديميين فيها للمساهمة في اقت ا رح تصور قد يفيد في تحسين جودة المخرجات التعليمية في الجامعات الأردنية. وتاوّنت عيّنة الد ا رسة من 2015 ). ولتحليل بيانات الدّ ا رسة، / 308 ) فرداً من الإداريين الأااديميين في الجامعات الأردنيّة، للعام الدّ ا رسي ( 2014 ) للمقارنات البعدية. )LSD( استُخدِمت المتوسّطات الحسابيّة، والانح ا رفات المعيارية، وتحليل التباين الأحادي المتعدد، واختبار وأظهرت نتائج الدّ ا رسة أن تقدير أف ا رد عينة الدّ ا رسة لواقع جودة المخرجات التعليمية في الجامعات الأردنية، اان متوسطاً، اما أظهرت وجود فروق دالّة إحصائيًّا في واقع جودة المخرجات التعليمية في الجامعات الأردنية، من وجهة نظر الإداريين الأااديميين فيها، تُعزى لمتغيّر )نوع الوظيفة(، إذ اانت الفروق بين ذوي الوظيفة )رئيس جامعة( من جهة، و)رئيس قسم، ونائب عميد اليّة، وعميد اليّة، ونائب رئيس جامعة( من جهة أخرى، ولصالح ذوي الوظيفة )رئيس جامعة(، واذلك بين )رئيس قسم( و)نائب عميد اليّة(، ولصالح ذوي الوظيفة )نائب عميد اليّة(. وتوصّلت الدّ ا رسة إلى اقت ا رح تصور لتحسين جودة المخرجات التعليمية في الجامعات الأردنية.
