| Abstract (English): |
The study aimed at investigating the extent of marital harmonization and mutual perceptions between couples about family life dimensions. It also aimed at investigating the relationship between marital harmonization of mutual perceptions between couples according to the study variables (economic level-family type "extended, nuclear"), and identifying the nature of this mutual perceptions and its impacts on the spouse. The population of the study comprises female married teachers in the governmental female schools of Ministry of Education in both of the eastern and western regions of Gaza Governorate. The study instruments were applied on the teacher and her husband. The sample consisted of (400) couples (200 wives, 200 husbands). The results showed that there is a statistically significant positive correlation between mutual perceptions between couples and the overall degree of the marital harmonization. The results also showed that there are statistically significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) between the averages of couples' scores at the mutual perception scale according to the variables of number of children, duration of marriage and the economic state . The study pointed to the absence of statistically significant difference at (α ≤ 0.05) between the averages of couples' scores at the mutual perception scale according to the variables of kinship, family type "extended, nuclear". The results also showed that there are statistically significant differences in the marital harmonization attributed to the nature of couples if they are identical or apart on the overall degree of the marital harmonization in favor of the identical case. هدفت الد ا رسة إلى التعرف على مدى التوافق الزواجي والإد ا ركات المتبادلة بين الزوجين نحو أبعاد الحياة الأسرية، كما هدفت إلى معرفة العلاقة بين التوافق الزواجي للإد ا ركات المتبادلة بين الزوجين تبعاً لتغي ا رت الد ا رسة )المستوى الاقتصادي- نوع الأسرة "ممتدة، نووية"(، والتعرف على طبيعة الإد ا ركات المتبادلة وتأثيرها على الآخر كشريك للحياة، حيث اشتمل مجتمع الد ا رسة على المعلمات المتزوجات في المدارس الحكومية للبنات التابعة لو ا زرة التربية والتعليم إقليم شرق وغرب محافظة غزة، وقد طبقت أدوات الد ا رسة على كل من المعلمة وزوجها، واشتملت العينة على 044 من الأزواج ) 044 للزوجة، 044 للزوج(، وأظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائياً بين كلٍ من أبعاد الإد ا ركات المتبادلة بين الزوجين والدرجة الكلية 4040 ( بين متوسطات درجات α( للتوافق الزواجي، كما أوجدت النتائج إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى دلالة الأزواج على مقياس الإد ا ركات المتبادلة وفقاً لمتغير )عدد الأبناء، مدة الزواج، الوضع الاقتصادي( بينما أشارت الد ا رسة إلى 4040 ( بين متوسطات درجات الأزواج على مقياس الإد ا ركات المتبادلة α( عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى دلالة وفقاً لمتغير )صلة الق ا ربة، طبيعة الأسرة "ممتدة، نووية"(.
