| Abstract (English): |
This study aimed at investigating the different visions for the futuristic school at the Quesimeh educational district from the perspective of the educational supervisors and principals in relation with numerous variables. A random sampling technique was employed to select 99 participants from educational supervisors and principals. To achieve the goals of the study the researchers developed a 60-item questionnaire divided into 8 domains namely: futuristic vision, change leadership, school principal, teacher, pupil, curriculum and educational methodologies, educational environment, and partnership with the local community. The validity of the instrument was tested and approved by specialized professionals in the field. The results and findings of the study showed various results for the futuristic school according to the eight study fields, where all eight fields got high scores and also showed a statistical significant differences (α≤ 0.05) due to numerous factors including gender, The result was for the benefit of females, While experience was for the benefit of all the dimensions of the study, where as academic qualification was for the benefit of the high diploma, and the occupation was for the benefit of principals. The researchers also recommend to include the futuristic school project within the educational plans in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and provide the required funds to do as well as conduct more studies to promote the idea of the futuristic school. هدفت الد ا رسة الحالية التعرف إلى التصو ا رت المختلفة لمدرسة المستقبل من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين ومديري المدارس في مديرية تربية لواء القويسمة وعلاقتها ببعض المتغي ا رت، وقد تكونت عينة الد ا رسة من ( 99 ) فردا من المشرفين التربويين، ومديري المدارس الذين تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية. ولتحقيق أهداف الد ا رسة أعد الباحثان استبانة مكونة من 60 ) فقرة م وزعة على ثمانية مجالات هي: الرؤية المستقبلية، قيادة التغيير، مدير المدرسة، المعلم، المتعلم، المناهج ) وطرق التدريس، البيئة التعليمية، الش ا ركة مع المجتمع المحلي، وقد تم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها عن طريق عرضها على عدد من المحكمين المتخصصين. أظهرت نتائج الد ا رسة د رجة تصور مختلفة لمدرسة المستقبل وفقا لمجالات الد ا رسة حيث حصلت المجالات الثمانية على درجات مرتفعة؛ كذلك بينت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى في مستوى التصو ا رت المختلفة لمدرسة المستقبل تعزى إلى متغي ا رت: الجنس وكانت النتيجة لصالح (α≤ الدلالة ( 0.05 الإناث، والخبرة لصالح جميع الأبعاد، والمؤهل العلمي لصالح الدبلوم العالي، والوظيفة لصالح المديرين، وأوصى الباحثان بإد ا رج مشروع مدرسة المستقبل ضمن الخطط التعليمية في الأردن وتوفير الأموال اللازمة لذلك. وٕاج ا رء المزيد من الد ا رسات لتعميم فكرة مدرسة المستقبل وتعميمها.
