| Abstract (English): |
The study aimed to identify the implementation level of electronic management by public school principals in Riyadh. As well, as explore and identify the difficulties they face.The study used a descriptive analytical approachand a questionnairto achieve these goals.The study sample consisted of (195) principal of Riyadh public schools. Results showed that the degree of application by the pricpals of government schools in Riyadh to the concepts of electronic management in the field of education was high in average (4.36). Results also indicatedstatistically significant differences due to the variable of experience (more than 6 years) and lack ofstatistically significant difference due to quelifications factors. It showed that the level of difficulty Riyadh schools principals’ face in applying electronic management concepts in the field of education was low, averages (1.98). [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |

هدفت هذه الد ا رسة إلى التعرف على درجة تطبيق مدي ا رت المدارس الحكومية لمفاهيم الإدارة الالكترونية في الميدان التربوي بمدينة الرياض والصعوبات التي يواجهنها، استخدمت الد ا رسة المنهج الوصفي، ولغايات تحقيق أهداف الد ا رسة استخدمت الباحثة استبانتين: الأولى هدفت إلى قياس درجة تطبيق مدي ا رت المدارس الحكومية لمفاهيم الإدارة الالكترونية في الميدان التربوي بمدينة الرياض. أما الثانية فهدفت لقياس الصعوبات التي تواجه مدي ا رت المدارس الحكومية بمدينة الرياض في تطبيقهن لمفهوم الإدارة الالكترونية. تكونت عينة الد ا رسة من ) 195 ( مديرة مدرسة حكومية تابعة لإدارة تعليم الرياض، وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة تطبيق مدي ا رت المدارس الحكومية بمدينة الرياض لمفاهيم الإدارة الإلكترونية في الميدان التربوي كانت مرتفعة، كما أشارت إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في عبا ا رت أداة الد ا رسة تعزى لمتغيري الخبرة ولصالح مدي ا رت المدارس اللاتي تزيد خبرتهن عن ) 6 سنوات(، بينما لم تظهر النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في عبا ا رت أداة الد ا رسة تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي. وأظهرت النتائج أيضاً أن مستوى صعوبة تطبيق مدي ا رت المدارس الحكومية بمدينة الرياض لمفاهيم الإدارة الالكترونية في الميدان التربوي كانت منخفضة. وفي ضوء نتائج الد ا رسة أوصت الباحثة بالعديد من التوصيات.
