| Abstract (English): |
The aim of this study was to determine the Degree of using Information technology by Jordanian principles of Secondary Public Schools from their point of view. To achieve the study objective, the researcher has designed questionnaire included (4) dimensions: human resources field, student affairs and exams field, library and warehouses field, and managerial business field. The study followed the descriptive analytical method. The questionnaire was distributed to (163) as male-female director of Amman school administrators using stratified random sampling method. The study revealed several results; including the following: The majority of the principals of the study sample employ information technology in their business moderately in all dimensions. The average of females was higher than the average of male, and in the majority in terms of statistical areas in the recruitment of information technology in their business. There were statistical differences in terms of IT recruitment attributed to experience variable in school administration was in favor of the class who has (10) years and more of experience. The differences shown by the (Shave) test holders of academic qualifications (Bachelor and higher Graduate degree), use information technology in their management more than those who work as Schools managers and hold Diploma academic qualification. هدفت هذه الد ا رسة إلى معرفة درجة توظيف مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية الأردنية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات من وجهة نظرهم، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف؛ طُورت استبانة تم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها اشتملت على ( 4) مجالات. وتكون مجتمع الد ا رسة من 284 ) مدي ا رً ومديرة من مديري مدارس مدينة عمان، وقد أظهرت الد ا رسة أن غالبية مديري المدارس عينة الد ا رسة يوظفون ) تكنولوجيا المعلومات بدرجة متوسطة، وأن مت وسط الإناث كان أعلى من متوسط الذكور وبدلالة إحصائية في غالبية المجالات، مع وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في توظيف تكنولوجيا المعلومات تُعزى إلى متغير الخبرة في الإدارة المدرسية لصالح فئة الذين لديهم سنوات خبرة من ( 10 سنوات فأكثر) كما أظهرت أن الفروقات التي بينها اختبار(شيفيه) تميل لصالح من يحملون مؤهلاً أكاديمياً (بكالوريوس ود ا رسات عليا) يوظفون تكنولوجيا المعلومات في إدارتهم.
