| Abstract (English): |
education in Riyadh city centers. The researcher used the descriptive approach and the study tool consisted of (34) items distributed on (3) areas (teaching methods, classroom management, calendar). The results of the study showed the importance of teaching skills was highly on all the fields in the following order: competency evaluation, classroom management, and teaching methods. Results of the study also showed that there was no statistically significant importance to the educational competencies for teachers of illiteracy centers is due to the variables of educational qualification and specialization. هدفت هذه الد ا رسة للتعرف إلى أهمية الكفايات التعليمية لتحسين أداء معلمات م ا ركز محو الأمية وهل تختلف تلك الأهمية للكفايات تبعاً لاختلاف (الم ؤهل, التخصص) للمعلمات, تكونت عينة الد ا رسة من ( 316 ) معلمة, من العاملات في م ا ركز محو الأمية بمدينة الرياض، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، وأظهرت نتائج الد ا رسة إلى أن أهمية الكفايات التعليمية جاءت بدرجة كبيرة على كافة مجالاتها وقد جاءت بالترتيب بالنسبة لأهميتها : كفايات التقويم, كفايات إدارة الصف، كفايات ط ا رئق التدريس. كما أظهرت نتائج الد ا رسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لأهمية الكفايات التعليمية لمعلمات م ا ركز محو الأمية يعزى لمتغي ري المؤهل العلمي والتخصص على جميع مجالات الكفايات التعليمية.
