| Abstract (English): |
The study aimed at identifying the reality of faculty members’ performance in Saudi universities in the light of national commission for academic accreditation and assessment. The study used survey descriptive analysis method. The population of the study consists of all faculty members in four Saudi universities which are: (University Of Tabuk, University of Ha’il, University of Jouf, northern border University) for those who have the following academic ranks (Lecturer, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Professor) which are (3231) members. The study has chosen a random sample which is (481) members distributed on the variables (academic rank, gender, university). The study used a questionnaire as a study tool its items distributed on five areas: (Administrative Leadership, Teaching, Research, Community Service, and Professional Development). The results indicate that faculty members’ performance in Saudi universities in the light of national commission for academic accreditation and assessment has ranked a moderate degree. There are statistically significant differences in the level of significance (0.05≥α) in the study sample responses for both areas of (community service and professional development) due to the variable of (gender) in favor of males. Meanwhile, are statistically significant differences due to the variable of (university). The study recommends with the importance of keeping up with providing specialized training programs in teaching. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |

هدفت هذه الد ا رسة إلى التعرف لدرجة تمثل طلبة جامعة آل البيت لمنظومة القيم من وجهة نظرهم، وعلاقتها ببعض المتغي ا رت الديموغ ا رفية، وتكونت عينة الد ا رسة من ) 717 ( طالب وطالبة من طلبة جامعة آل البيت المسجلين في برنامج البكالوريوس، 2015 ( تم تطبيق استبانة من إعداد الباحث - والموزعين على تسع كليات في الفصل الد ا رسي الثاني من العام الجامعي ) 2014 بعد التحقق من معايير الصدق والثبات لها، حيث تكونت من ) 52 ( فقرة موزعة على خمسة مجالات، وقد أشارت النتائج إلى أن مستوى تمثل الطلبة لمنظومة القيم كان متوسطاً بصورة عامة، حيث بلغ المتوسط الكلي لمجالات الد ا رسة ) 2.94 ( وأن ترتيب المجالات جاء على النحو التالي: مجال القيم الدينية، الاجتماعية، العلمية، الاقتصادية والسياسية، كما أشارت نتائج الد ا رسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات الطلبة، تُعزى إلى متغير جنس الطالب أو نوع الكلية، إضافة إلى ذلك فقد أشارت نتائج الد ا رسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات العينة، تُعزى لمتغير السنة الد ا رسية ولصالح طلبة السنة الثالثة والسنة ال ا ربعة في مجالات القيم العلمية والسياسية، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات العينة تعزى لمتغير التقدير ولصالح الطلبة ذوي التقدير جيد جداً والتقدير الممتاز في المجالات الاجتماعية والسياسية والعلمية، وفي ضوء هذه النتائج اوصت الد ا رسة بوضع خطة واضحة لتعزيز وتثبيت القيم الإيجابية لدى طلبة جامعة آل البيت وتغير القيم السلبية.
