| Abstract (English): |
This study aimed at investgating the degree of the implementation of the quality standards by Arabic language teacher from the perspective of their school principals. To achieve the aims of the study, the researchers prepred a questionnaire that included five domains of the quality standards, consisted of (43) standards. The study sample consisted of (60) male and female school principals in the directorate of educationl/ Almafraq district. The researchers adopted the descriptive analytical method to achieve the aims of the study. The results revealed that the degree of the implementation of the quality standards by the Arabic language teachers from the perspective of their school principals was moderat, and the females outperformed than males the implementation of all domains. تهدف هذه الد ا رسة إلى الكشف عن درجة تطبيق معلمي اللغة العربية معايير الجودة الشاملة من وجهة نظر مديري مدارسهم، ولتحقيق هدف الد ا رسة قامت الباحثتان ببناء استبانة بحثية تضمنت خمسة محاور للجودة الشاملة، اندرج تحتها ) 43 ( معيا اً ر، وتكونت عينة الد ا رسة من مديري المدارس في مديرية التربية والتعليم/ قصبة المفرق، وبلغ عدد أف ا ردها ) 60 ( مدي اً ر ومديرة. واعتمدت الباحثتان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحقيق أهداف الد ا رسة، وتوصلت الد ا رسة إلى أنّ درجة تطبيق معلمي اللغة العربية معايير الجودة الشاملة من وجهة نظر مديري مدارسهم متوسطة، وأنّ الإناث تفوقن على الذكور في تطبيق المحاور جميعها.
