| Abstract (English): |
This study aimed to recognizing the degree of learning disabilities program teachers' knowledge about elements of the classroom environment that regulate the elementary schools in the regions of AlJouf and Northern Borders. The study sample consisted of all learning disabilities program teachers' in the regions of AlJouf and The Northern Borders; (n=74) in Both area. The researcher designed a questionnaire as a tool for collecting data. The findings of the study revealed that the degree of teachers' knowledge was high and that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05≥ α) attributed to the variable of sex. The study recommended the need for students with learning difficulties to have seats in the front rows so as to facilitate follow-up and monitoring of their performance, with the change in the places they sit and the way according to the problem suffered by the student learning difficulties. هدفت الد ا رسة التعرف إلى درجة معرفة معلمي برنامج صعوبات التعلُّم بعناصر تنظيم البيئة الصفيَّة في المرحلة الابتدائية بمنطقتي الجوف والحدود الشمالية، تكون مجتمع الد ا رسة من جميع معلمي برنامج صعوبات التعلم في منطقتي الجوف والحدود الشمالية والبالغ عددهم ( 74 ) معلماً ومعلمة بالمنطقتين تم انتقائهم بالطريقة القصدية، استخدمت الباحثة الاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات. أظهرت نتائج الد ا رسة أن درجة معرفة معلمي برنامج صعوبات التعلُّم بعناصر تنظيم البيئة الصفيَّة المادية والاجتماعية والتواصل في المرحلة الابتدائية بمنطقتي الجوف والحدود الشمالية وتنظيم البيئة الصفيَّة الاجتماعية في المرحلة الابتدائية بمنطقتي الجوف والحدود الشمالية جاءت مرتفعة، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى لدرجة معرفة معلمي صعوبات التعلم بعناصر البيئة الصفية تبعاً لمتغير الجنس، وأوصت الد ا رسة (α ≤ الدلالة ( 0.05 ضرورة جلوس الطلبة الذين يعانون من صعوبات تعلم في الصفوف الأمامية حتى يسهل متابعتهم وم ا رقبة ادائهم، مع تغيير في أماكن جلوسهم وطريقتها وفق المشكلة التي يعاني منها تلميذ صعوبات التعلم.
