This research aim to Identify some of the personal and social characteristics of the agricultural extension agents respondents, identify the role of agricultural extension in the field of export vegetable crops from the point of view of agricultural extension agents, Identify factors that are related to it and determine the factors that affect them, identify the degree of knowledge of agricultural extension agents respondents of extension message in the field of exporting vegetable crops and identify factors that are related to it, identify the communication degree of extension message in the field of exporting vegetable crops and Identify factors that are related to it, determine the factors that affect them, identify the degree of attitude of extension agents towards export extension identify factors that are related to it, and identify the views of the agricultural extension workers on how to improve the role of agricultural extension in advancement of export vegetable crops. This research was conducted in Sharkia and ismailia Governorates on random sample of extension agents size was 210 respondents during the months of April and May 2019. The statistical analysis included frequencies, percentages, the mean, standard deviation, and person’s Correlation Coefficient and multiple regression analysis (step wise). The most important results were that more than twothirds of respondents (68.1%) their performance of the total extension role is high, The results showed that there are four independent variables that significantly affect the role of agricultural extension in the field of export vegetables: Degree of exposure to information sources, the degree of openness of marketing civilization, the degree of motivation for achievement, degree of satisfaction with agricultural extension work. The results also showed that the majority of respondents (95.2%) had a high level of overall knowledge of the extension messages. The results showed that there is a significant correlation between the degree of knowledge of the extension agents of the extension messages and number of years of academic qualification, period of service in agricultural extension work, degree of cultural openness, Degree of exposure to sources of agricultural information, age, period of work in agriculture, the degree of openness of marketing civilization. The results also showed that the majority of the respondents (88.1%) have a high overall communication level. The results showed that there are two independent variables that affect about 30.2% of the degree of communication degree of extension message in the field of export vegetable crops: the degree of knowledge of extension message in the field of export vegetable, degree of cultural openness. The results also indicated that 50.5% of the respondents their degree of attitude towards export extension is positive. The most important views of agricultural extension workers on how to improve the role of agricultural extension in the promotion of export vegetable crops: conducting training seminars and training courses in the field of growing vegetables of export vegetables by 29.52% of the respondents, training of farmers on modern methods in the production processes for vegetable crops and post-harvest operations by 26.67% of the respondents, provision of funds for the development of agricultural extension in the field of vegetable growing by 21.43%, coordination between farmers of export crops and exporting companies by 20.95%. هذا البحث التعرف عنى يعفر الحصانحنى الشخصية والاجتماعية للمرئدين الزراعيين العبحوتين، التعرف على نور الإرشاد الزراعى فى نمجال محاصيل خخر التصدير من وجدة نحر العرثدين الزراعين العبحوتين، وتحدد العوامل المرتبظة به وانمؤترة عليه، التعرف على درجة معرفة المرئدين الزراعيين انعبحوتين بالرمعائل الإرثالية فى مجال محاصيل حعر التصدير، وتديد انعوامل المرتبضة بها، التعرف على دردة توصيل المرتدين الزراعيين انمبحوئين للرسائل الإرشادية فى مجال محاميل حضر انتصدير، وتحدد انعوامل المرتبطة بها والمؤثرة عليها، التعرد عنى درجة اتجاد المرشدين الزراعيين نحو الإرشاد الزراعي انتصديري، وتدد العوامل المرتبضة بها، التعرف عنى آراء المرتدين الزراعيين انعبحوتين في كيفية تحعين بور الإرشاد الزراعى فى نمجال النهوضنى بمحاصيل حضر انتصدير، وأجرى هذا البحث فى محافقتى الشرقيةوالإسماعيلية على عينة عشوائية مكونة نمن 10 د مجوئأ بنسبة 35% من إجمالى عند المرتحين الزراعيين بعحافظتى الترقية والإسماعيلية خلال شهرى أبريل ومايو 2019، وقد تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام انعر ضر انجدولى بالتكرارات والنسب العثوية والمتوسن انخابى انمر جح والانحراف المعيارى ومعامل الار تباث البيت (بيرسون)، بالإضافة لاستخدام التحليل الإندازى انعتعند انتدريجى الحاءدج؛ا١١ step"، وكانت أهم النتائح أن أكتر من تلغى المبحوتين (1.ة6%) جاء ادائهم لإجمالى اندور الارئادى فى مجال خضر انتصدير مرتفع، واظهرت النتائج أن هناك أربعة متفيرات متقلة ئعهم مجتمعة إسهاما معنويأ بنحو 60.5% فى تفير اتباين الكلى ذرجة قيام الإرشد الزراعى بالأدوار المنوحة به فى نمجال حضر اتصدير وهى: ذرجة اقرضر نمصادر المعلومات، وبردة الانغتاح الحضار ى انشويقى، ودرجة الدافعدة ذلإذجاز، والرف' ض انعمل بالإرئاد الزراعى، كما أفادت النتائج أن غالبية انمبحوتين 95.2% برجة سرفتهم انكلية نلرسائل الإرسالية جاءت مرتفعة، وأشهرت النتائج وجون علاقة إرتباطية معنودة بين درجة معرفة العرنين الزراعيين بالرسائل الإرتادية وبين كل نمن: عدد سنوات الحصول عنى المؤ هل الدر اسى، مدة انخنمة فى العمل بالإرتاد انزراعى، درجة الانفتاح اتقافى، لردة اقرضر نمصادر انمعلومات الزراعية، السن، ومدة العمف فى مجال الزراعة، درجة الانفتاح انحخارى انشويقى. كما أفانت النتائح أن غالبية اكبحوتين 88.1% د'ءدب١ دردة توصيلهم الكلية نلرسائل الإرشادية مرتفعة. وأشهرت النتائح أن هناك متفيران ممعتقلان يسهمان مجتمعان إسداما معنوب' بنحو 0.2ؤ% في تفير التبين الكلى لدرجة توصيل الرسائل الإرتادية فى نمجال حضر اتصدير هما: درجة انمعرفة بالرائد الإرشادية فى مجال خضر اتصدير، وبردة الانغتاح الئقافى، كما أشارت النتائح أن أكئر من نصف انسحوتين (%50.5) درجة اتجاههم نحو الإرئاد الزراعى التصديرى إيجابى، وأشهرت النتائح وجود علاقة إرتبانية سنوية بين درجة اتجاد المرتدين الزراعبين نحو الإرشاد التصديرى وبين كل من: برجة الرضا عن انععف بالإرئاد الزراعى، دردة الانفتاح الحضارى التسويقى، برجة الانفتاح اتقافى، برجة اقرضر نمصادر انمعلومات الز راجة، عند سنوات انحصول عنى انمؤ هل الدراسى، عند اندورات اتلريبية. وكانت أهم آراء المرتدين الز ر اجين المبحوتين فى كيفية تحين نور الإرشد انزراعى فى نمجال النهونر بمحاصيل حضر اتصدير: ضرورة عقن نثوات إرتادية ودورات تدريبية فى مجال زراعة محاصيل الخضر انتصنيرية بضبة 29.52% من اكبحوتين، تدريب العز ار عين على استخدام الحرق الدية فى العمليات الإنتاجية لمحامبل انخضر ومعاملات ما بعن انحصاد بنبة 26.67%، توفير الإمكانيات المانية والاعتمانات المالية لتطوير جهاز الإرئاد الزراعى فى مجال زراءة انحصر بتبة 21.43%، التفيق بين مزار عى محامبل انخشر اتصديريةوالشركات العحدرةبنبة 20.95%.
