| Abstract (English): |
This study aims at identify the role of secondary school principals in applying E-learning from Teachers' point of view in Amman governorate according to gender, academic qualification, specialization, supervising authority, and years of experience. A descriptive survey approach is used to achieve the objectives of the study, accordingly, a self- administered questionnaire is developed. The questionnaire consists of (36) items distributed on four dimensions: Supporting and disseminating the culture of E-learning, practice strategic planning, infrastructure readiness and achieving the training needs of teachers and their rehabilitation. Both validity and reliability are secured and verified. The study sample consists of (586) teachers and the findings show that the role of secondary school administrators in applying E-learning from teachers' point of view in Amman is moderate in overall. The different dimensions of the questionnaire show moderate scores. Infrastructure readiness is on top, followed by the field of supporting and disseminating the culture of E-learning , then the field of practicing strategic planning, and finally the field of achieving training needs and the equipment of the teachers and their rehabilitation. There are statistically significant differences at the level (0.05≥α) in the role of secondary school principals in applying E-learning from teachers' point of view in Amman according to gender, supervising authority and years of experience in favor of female and private schools of two categories 5 to 10 years are less than 5 years, respectively. There are no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05≥α) in the role of secondary school administrators in applying E-learning from teachers' point of view in Amman according to specialization and academic qualification. هدفت هذه الد ا رسة إلى تعرف دور مديري المدارس الثانوية في توظيف التعلّم الإلكتروني من وجهة نظر المعلمين بمحافظة العاصمة عمان، ومع اختلاف وجهات النظر باختلاف الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، والتخصص، والسلطة المشرفة، وعدد سنوات الخبرة. ولتحقيق أهداف الد ا رسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتم استخدام استبانة مكونة من ( 36 ) فقرة موزعة على أربعة مجالات (دعم ونشر ثقافة التعلّم الإلكتروني، وممارسة التخطيط الاست ا رتيجي، وجاهزية البنية التقنية التحتية، وتحقيق الاحتياجات التدريبية للمعلمين وتأهيلهم)، وتم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها. تكونت عينة الد ا رسة من( 586 ) معلم ومعلمة، وأظهرت نتائج الد ا رسة أن دور توظيف مديري المدارس الثانوية للتعلم الإلكتروني من وجهة نظر المعلمين بمحافظة عمان كان متوسطاً على الدرجة الكلية، وجاءت مجالات الاستبانة في كافة المجالات متوسط اً، وجاء في الرتبة الأولى مجال" جاهزية البنية التقنية التحتية"، ثم جاء مجال” دعم ونشر ثقافة التعلّم الإلكتروني"، ثم جاء مجال” ممارسة التخطيط الاست ا رتيجي” ، وأخي ا رً جاء مجال" بين متوسطات (≥α تحقيق الاحتياجات التدريبية للمعلمين وتأهيلهم”، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى ( 0.05 توظيف مديري المدارس الثانوية للتعلم الإلكتروني من وجهة نظر العلمين بمحافظة عمان، تبعا لمتغيري الجنس، والسلطة المشرفة، وعدد سنوات الخبرة، لصالح الإناث والمدارس الخاصة، فئتي من 5 إلى 10 سنوات وأقل من 5 سنوات على التوالي، بين متوسطات ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية لدورهم في (≥α وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى ( 0.05 توظيف التعلّم الإلكتروني من وجهة نظر العلمين بمحافظة عمان، تبعا لمتغيري التخصص، والمؤهل العلمي. وتوصي الد ا رسة بتوفير الدعم المعنوي والمالي اللازم لنشر ثقافة استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في المجتمع المدرسي.
