| Abstract (English): |
This study aimed to discover the reality of the effectiveness of education in achieving development and meet the needs of the labor market and to build an educational proposal to achieve the basic requirement for increasing the effectiveness of the role of education in achieving development and meeting the needs of the labor market according to the vision of Saudi Arabia 2030. The study adopted the qualitative approach using Focus Group to collect data from (120) teachers. The study concluded that the reality of education in Saudi Arabia does not achieve development and meet the needs of the labor market. The study also built an educational proposal to achieve the basic requirement for increasing the effectiveness of the role of education in achieving development and meeting the needs of the labor market according to the vision of Saudi Arabia 2030 based on the proposals of the teachers. The study recommended the development of realistic indicators of the progress of education towards meeting the basic requirements of the future in achieving development and meeting the needs of the labor market according to the vision of the Kingdom 2030, and the establishment of accurate standards of accountability in the educational system. هدفت هذه الدراسة الكشف عن واقع فاعلية التعليم في تحقيق التمية وظبية حاجات سوق العمل، وبناء مقترح تربوي لتحقيق المتطلبات الأساسية المستقبلية لزبادة فاعلية دور التعليم في تحقيق التمية وتلبية حاجات سوق العمل وفق رؤبة المملكة العربة السعودية 2030، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهح النوعي مستخدمة مجموعات التركيز ( Focus Group) لجمع البيانات من (120) معلما، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن واقع التعليم في المملكة العرية السعودية لا يحقق التمية وتلبية حاجات سوق العمل، كما بنت الدراسة في ضوء اقتراحات المعلمين مقترحا تربويا لتحقيق المتطلبات الأساسية المسدقبلية لزبادة فاعلية دور التعليم في تحقيق التمية وتلبية حاجات سوق العمل وفق رؤبة المملكة العرية السعودية 2030. واوصت الدراسة بوضع مؤشرات واقعية لسير التعليم نحو تلبية المتطلبات الأساسية المستقبلية في تحقيق التمية وتلبية حاجات سوق العمل وفق رؤبة المملكة 2030، وتحديد معايير دقيقة للمساءلة في النظام التعليمي.
