| Abstract (English): |
This study aimed to investigate the degree of administrative extortion against students in public Jordanian universities and its negative implications. The study population was all male and female students in the MA and Ph.D programs in public Jordanian universities (n= 24671); the study sample consisted of 383 male and female students. A questionnaire was developed to collect the data consisting of 39 items, distributed into two categories. The first category was related to the forms of administrative extortion against students of public Jordanian Universities. The second represented the negative implications of administrative extortion against graduate and doctorial students. The findings of the study showed that administrative extortion against graduate and doctorial students was moderate. In which the mean average of the administrative extortion was 2.71. They also showed that the negative implications of administrative extortion also resulted in a moderate mean average of 3.03. The results indicated statistically significant differences at level (<0.05) attributed to the variables gender and nationality of the students in favor of male and the non-Jordanian students. On the other hand, no significant differences attributed to the change of college or major were revealed. In light of these results, the researcher recommended: Protecting Jordanian universities from all aspects of administrative extortion through the enactment of legislation and strict instructions that prohibits any of its forms, and highlighting the problem of administrative extortion directing the attention of researchers to dealing with this problem by researching an analyzing it at various educational institutions. هدفت الد ا رسة إلى معرفة أثر برنامج تعليمي محوسب في التحصيل الأكاديمي، وتنمية مها ا رت التفكير الناقد لدى طلاب هدفت هذه الد ا رسة إلى معرفة درجة الابت ا زز الإداري ضد الطلبة في الجامعات الأردنية الحكومية والآثار السلبية المترتبة عليه، وقد تكوّن مجتمع الد ا رسة من جميع طلبة الد ا رسات العليا في الجامعات الأردنيّة الحكوميّة والبالغ عددهم ( 17642 ) طالباً وطالبة، وبلغت عيّنة الد ا رسة 383 ) طالباً وطالبة. ولجمع بيانات الد ا رسة تمّ تطوير استبانة ، تكوّنت من ( 39 ) فقرة، موزّعة على محورين، المح ور الأوّل تناول ) واقع الابت ا زز الإداري ضد طلبة الد ا رسات العليا، والمحور الآخر تناول الآثار السلبيّة المترتّبة على الابت ا زز الإداري ضد طلبة الد ا رسات العليا. وأشارت نتائج الد ا رسة إلى أنّ الابت ا زز الإداري ضد الطلبة جاء بدرجة متوسطة، إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي الكليّ لمحور واقع الابت ا زز الإداري ( 2.71 )، كما أظهرت نتائج الد ا رسة أن الآثار السلبيّة المترتّبة على الابت ا زز الإداري جاءت أيضا بدرجة متوسطة، إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي لهذا المحور ( 3.03 ). كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى تعزى لكل من متغير "الجنس" ومتغير "جنسيّة الطالب" في كلا المحورين ولصالح الطلبة الذكور، والطلبة من (< الدلالة ( 0.05 تعزى لمتغيري نوع الكلية، (< الجنسية غير الأردنيّة، ولم تُظهر النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة ( 0.05 أو البرنامج الد ا رسي. وفي ضوء النتائج خرجت الد ا رسة بجملة من التوصيات منها: تحصين الجامعات الأردنية من مظاهر الابت ا زز الإداري، من خلال سن التشريعات والتعليمات الصارمة التي تحظر أي شكل من أشكاله، وتسليط الضوء على مشكلة الابت ا زز الإداري بتوجيه اهتمام الباحثين لتناول هذه المشكلة بالد ا رسة والتحليل في مختلف المؤسسات التربوية.
