Twin anemia polycythemia sequence (TAPS) is a form of twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS) that can complicate monochorionic twin pregnancies and might occur after incomplete fetoscopic laser surgery of TTTS pregnancies. In TAPS complicated pregnancies there are unequal blood counts between the twins suffering from an imbalance in red blood cells and hemoglobin. In the below described rare case of monochorial twin pregnancy we successfully performed intrauterine transfusion and intrauterine partial exchange transfusion. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |

Az iker anémia-polycythaemia szekvencia (TAPS) az Iker-iker transzfúzió egy különleges formája. A kórállapot a monochorialis ikerterhességek bizonyos eseteiben spontán is kialakul, de jóval gyakoribb Iker-iker transzfúziós szindróma (TTTS, twin-twin transfusion syndrome) miatt végzett foetoszkópos lézerkoaguláció (FLC) után. Az ilyen esetekben az ikermagzatok között jelentős hemoglobinkülönbség áll fenn anélkül, hogy az úgynevezett oligopolyhydramnion szekvencia kialakulna. A donornál anémia, a recipiensnél polycythaemia van. A TAPS kezelésének lehetséges módjai közül az alább bemutatott különleges esetünkben az intrauterin transzfúzió és az intrauterin parciális vércsere módszerét is sikerrel alkalmaztuk.
