مستخلص: The decision was made to debulk the FDS muscles to the index, middle and little fingers to decrease pressure within the carpal tunnel (Figure 2). In our patient, there were six aberrant muscle bellies within the carpal tunnel causing compression of the median nerve, as evident from a positive history, examination and nerve conduction studies.
