إن الذي بدا من مخطوطة احمد بن احمد بن محمد بن محمد السجاعي )ت 1199 ه (، - الموجودة في المكتبة الأزهرية في مصر، والمنسوخة في القرن الثالث عشر، وتحديداً في 16 صفر من سنة 1304 ه، والتي عنونت ب : ) فتح المالك فيما يتعلّق بقول الناس وهو كذلك ( - أنها رسالة لغوية، أي اختصت بالمقام اللغوي، والتي قد تناول المؤلف فيها موضوع : ) الضمير، وأثره في بيان معاني الكلام، وتجميله (، متوصلاً إلى أن الانتقال إلى أسلوب الضمير في الكلام يكون أحسن وأشهى للقلب وألذّ للسمع من جهة المتلقّي والقارئ.
