Green marketing is one of the modern concepts that seeks to preserve the environment by adopting policies that take into account the environmental dimension, Through this research paper, we will try to approach the concept of green marketing and its different dimensions, thus show the importance of Government policies encouraging investment and innovation in green marketing and its role in creating an Ecological consumer behaviour. In this context, we will present the program SwitchMed in Algeria realized in the framework of a partnership between the Algerian government represented by the Ministry of the Environment and the European Union through which it has been developed a National Action Plan on sustainable consumption and production in Algeria 2016-2030, which aims to promote the creation of green projects. يعد مفهوم التسويق الأخضر من المفاهيم الحديثة التي تسعى للمحافظة على البيئة و عدم الاضرار بها عن طريق تبني سياسات تأخذ البعد البيئي بعين الاعتبار و تسويق منتجات صديقة للبيئة، أين هدف هذا البحث الى التطرق الى هذا المفهوم و كذا تسليط الضوء على مختلف أبعاده مع ابراز أهمية تشجيع السياسات الحكومية للاستثمار و الابتكار في التسويق الأخضر بهدف خلق سلوك استهلاكي صديق للبيئة يهتم فيه المستهلك اضافة لاشباع حاجاته بالجانب البيئي من خلال عرض برنامج الجزائر في اطار شراكة مابين الحكومة الجزائرية ممثلة من طرف وزارة البيئة و الاتحاد الأوروبي و الذي تم من SwitchMed كنموذج يهدف الى تشجيع انشاء المشاريع - خلاله وضع مخطط عمل وطني للإنتاج والاستهلاك المستدامين 2016 - 2030 الخضراء والعمل على خلق ثقافة الاستهلاك الأخضر.
