| Abstract (English): |
The study tried to identify the role and impact of Just in Time system (JIT) (as an independent variable) upon the competitive advantage (as a dependent variable). The study has applied on six Russian companies working in the field of furniture industry to test the nature of the relationship between the variables of the study. Data were collected by using a questionnaire of (30) questions which distributed to the general manager, production manager, and director of marketing, account manager and purchasing manager .The study data analysis reached the following result: -Furniture companies take over average relative importance of quality in comparison with the rest of the competitive advantages other as invention and cost, flexibility and delivery. : The most importance recommendations are -Overcome the difficulties that stand in front of the application of the system (JIT) in Furniture companies by taking advantage of the owners of expertise and specialization in this area and held administrative and technical staff training courses in cooperation with the companies applied to the system -Give more importance to quality, as the high quality based on the principle" make right for first time" which lead to achieve advantage of low-cost and commitment delivery dates and therefore flexibility in responding to the changes in a dynamic environment, an environment of production [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |

كمتغير مستقل ( ( )JIT( سعى البحث الى التعرف على الدو ر الذي تلعبه متطلبات نظام الانتاج بالوقت المحدد وتأثيرها في الميزة التنافسية )كمتغير تابع ( , وللتحقق من طبيعة العلاقة بين متغيرات البحث وتم تصميم استمارة استبانة من قبل الباحثين ووزعت على عينة تمثلت ب )مدير العام , مدير الانتاج , مدير التسويق , مدير الحسابات ،مدير المشتريات( في ستة شركات روسية عاملة في مجال صناعة الاثاث . و بلغت عدد الاستمارات الموزعة والمستردة ) 30 ( استمارة , وعلى ضوء تحليل بيانات البحث تم التوصل الى النتائج الاتية . والميزات )JIT( - تدرك شركات الاثاث الروسيه قيد البحث اهمية العلاقة بين متطلبات نظام الانتاج بالوقت المحدد التنافسية )الكلفه , الجودة ,المرونه, التسليم والابداع( والذي اكده التحليل الوصفي و الاحصائي للاجابات عينه البحث. - تولي شركات الاثاث عينه البحث اهمية نسبية متوسطه للجودة بالمقارنة مع بقيه الميزات التنافسية الاخري كالابداع والكلفة والمرونه والتسليم . وتمثلت ابرز ابرز التوصيلات بالاتي في شركات الاثاث من خلا ل الاستفادة (JIT) - تذليل الصعوبات التي تقف امام تطبيق نظام الانتاج في الوقت المناسب من اصحاب الخبرة والتخصص في هذا المجال وعقد الدورات التدريبية للكوادر الادارية والفنية بالتعاون مع الشركات المطبق للنظام . - اعطاء اهمية اكبر للجود ة ,اذ ان الجودة العالية القائمة على مبد أ عمل الاشياء بشكل مطابق للمواصفات منذ المرة الاولى ستكون الوسيلة التي م ن خلالها يتم تحقيقة اسبقيات الكلفة المنخفضة واللالتزا م بمواعيد التسلي م وبالتالي المرون ه في مواجهت التغييرات في بيئة ديناميكية كبيئة الانتاج . و الميزة التنافسية ) JIT ( المصطلحات الدالة نظام الانتاج بالوقت المحد [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
