| Abstract (English): |
The study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of a career counseling program to development career awareness and making career decision skill among sixth grade in the directorate of education rusafa first province Baghdad . the sample of the study consisted of 64 female and male students and was divided into two group:the experimental group consisted of 32 male and female students and the control group consisted of 32 female and male student .the esxperimental group undertoo ;acareer counseling program while the control group was given normal activities in career counseling .This study adobted a experimental method .The result of (t-test)showed that there were statistically significant differences between the average responses of students in the excperimental group and the controls on the level career awareness and career dicision-making skill on the career awareness scale for the experimental group The result also indicate that there are no statistically significant differences among the experimental group due to the gender variable .This means that the program is suitable for males and females.The results of the sesearch showed that the impact of the program has continued beyond the post-implementation period of one month of its application ,which means that the program was effective and left an impact on the attitudes of students . in the light of these result,anumber of recommendation and suggestion were presented ,including the use of the vocational extension program in school . هدف البحث الحالي الى إستقصاء فاعلية برنامج إرشادي مهني يرتكز على البعد النظري التطوري لأرتقاء في تطوير درجة الوعي المهني وتطوير مهارة إصدار الق ا رر المهني عند طلبة صف السادس الاعدادي في مدارس تربية الرصافة الاولى محافظة بغداد ,تألفت عينة البحث من ) 277 ( ط الب وطالبة ,وبعد تطبيق الأداتين على كل أف ا رد عينة البحث في التطبيق القبلي ,وبعد تصحيح الأداتين تم أد ا رج الطلبة الذين حصلوا على درجات أدنى من المتوسط الحسابي على أداتي الوعي المهني ومهارة فن أتخاذ الق ا رر المهني ,حيث أصبح عددهم ) 64 ( طالب وطالبة,تم تجزئتهم بطريقة عشوائية الى فئتين أحداهما "المجموعة التجريبية" والاخرى "المجموعة ضابطة " ,وتكونت المجموعة التي تخضع لتجريب من) 32 ( طالب والمجموعة الأخرى "الضابطة" تكونت من ) 32 ( طالب ,خضعت المجموعة الأولى )التجريبية ( الى برنامج أرشادي مهني مكثف أستمرة الى مايقرب ) 17 ( جلسة إرشادية ,بينما لن تحصل المجموعة الثانية )الضابطة(على أي فعالية .أستخدم البحث المنهج التجريبي .كشفت نتائج البحث الى وجود فروقات إحصائية دالة ما بين متوسط إستجابات أف ا رد العينة في المجموعة الاولى "التجريبية "والمجموعة الثانية "الضابطة" على مقياس الوعي المهني ومقياس أتخاذ الق ا رر وأبعادهما على التطبيق البعدي ,وذلك لصالح المجموعة الأولى "التجريبية "ويعزى هذا التقدم الحاصل الى البرنامج المقدم لهم .كما أظهرت نتائج البحث الى عدم ظهور فروق إحصائية دالة بين أف ا رد المجموعة التجريبية تبعاً لمتغير الجنس )ذكور وأناث( وهذا يوضح بأن البرنامج يمكن أن يستفيد منه )الذكور والاناث( على حد السواء .كما إن نتائج البحث أظهرت أن أثر البرنامج قد أستمر الى مابعد الاختبار البعدي بمرور شهر من تطبيقه, وهذا يعني ان البرنامج كان فعالاً وترك أث ا رً في تطلعات الطلبة ,وفي ضوء النتائج ت م وضع حزمة من الوصايا والمقترحات منها ضرورة أستعمال هذه الب ا رمج الارشادية المهنية في المدارس الاعدادية والثانوية لتوعية الطلبة لمستقبلهم المهني .
