Teaching the rudiments of the theoretical and practical aspects of sonography is a challenge for many ultrasound course instructors, which is why the use of e-learning has come to the fore. An e-learning programme has already been implemented as part of a SGUM project: the "Fundamentals of Sonography" module. It has now been further developed in terms of teaching methods and content so that it can be offered as a "pre-course assignment" to participants in a variety of ultrasound courses. Based on theoretical knowledge and the evaluation of previous e-learning courses, the principles for the revision of the learning programme were developed and then implemented. After completing the four course sections, users should be able to operate an ultrasound device and understand the basic physical principles. This article describes the didactic concepts of the revision of the e-learning, the contents of the end product, and the implications for practice. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |

Résumé. L'enseignement des bases théoriques et physiques de l'échographie représente un défi pour de nombreux(-ses) instructeurs(-trices) de cours d'ultrasons, raison pour laquelle un système d'apprentissage en ligne (e-learning) s'y prête parfaitement. Un tel programme d'apprentissage, intitulé «Principes fondamentaux de l'échographie», a déjà été développé dans le cadre d'un projet de la SSUM (Société Suisse d'Ultrasons en Médecine) et a maintenant été amélioré sur le plan didactique ainsi qu'en termes de contenu, afin d'être proposé aux participant(e)s de différents cours ultrasonographiques en tant que tâche avant le course. Sur la base des résultats théoriques et de l'évaluation du précédent e-learning, les principes de révision du programme d'enseignement ont été élaborés et ensuite mis en œuvre. Après avoir parcouru les quatre chapitres, les utilisateurs(-trices) devraient être prêts(es) à utiliser un appareil à ultrasons et à en comprendre les principes physiques principaux. Die Vermittlung theoretischer und physikalischer Grundlagen der Sonografie stellt für viele Kursleitende von Ultraschallkursen eine Herausforderung dar, weshalb sich der Einsatz von e-Learning anbietet. Ein solches Lernprogramm wurde im Rahmen eines Projekts der SGUM bereits als Modul «Grundlagen der Sonografie» realisiert und nun didaktisch sowie inhaltlich weiterentwickelt, um für Teilnehmende verschiedener Ultraschallkurse als «Pre-Course-Assignment» angeboten zu werden. Basierend auf theoretischen Erkenntnissen sowie der Evaluation des bisherigen e-Learnings wurden die Grundsätze für die Überarbeitung des Lernprogramms erarbeitet und anschliessend umgesetzt. Nach Bearbeitung der vier Kapitel sollen die Nutzer bereit sein, ein Ultraschallgerät zu bedienen und die groben physikalischen Grundsätze zu verstehen. Dieser Artikel beschreibt das didaktische Konzept der Überarbeitung dieses e-Learnings, die Inhalte des Endprodukts und deren Bedeutung für die Praxis. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
