إذا كان العالم يشهد أزمة كل عقد فقد أصبح منذ بداية التسعينات من القرن الماضي يشهد أزمات متعددة لكل عقد ، وقد بدأ العالم يشهد في أزمة السنوات الأخيرة ، بدأت المحلية والإقليمية والعالمية الأخرى المتعاقبة في بلورة الأزمات سهل وصغير والآخر كبير وخطير ألقى بظلاله على العديد من الاقتصادات الكبيرة والصغيرة ، وأصيب بالذعر العديد من السياسيين ورجال الأعمال. تُظهر الأزمة المالية الحالية أن معالجة القضايا العالمية أكبر من تلك التي تُترك للدولة أو لمجموعة محدودة من البلدان ، ولكنها تتطلب إجراءات جماعية ستلهم الحلول والبدائل للتجارب المختلفة. لا تنخدع الدول النامية أمام المكفوفين بتبني أي عمل ما لم يتم تشخيصه وتحديد مدى ملاءمته وتوافقه مع اقتصادياتها وثقافتها ودينيتها. ويرى كثير من الباحثين والمفكرين أن الفقه الإسلامي له مقومات ودعائم ميمكنه من مواجهة هذه الأزمات بالرجوع إلى القرآن لفهم الميغ لنا وبمسارفا لأنه إذا حاول منظمو مصارفنا احترام القرآن الزائف من أحكام فالتعاليم وتطبيقاتها تفرغنا من العقم والكوارث والأزمات ، وما دفعنا إلى هذا الوضع لأن المال إلى أتلد المال.
