This study belongs to the field of organizational behavior in institutions, where they aim to disclose the burnout at doctors enterprise public hospital Youssef Damarji in tiaret, applied study on a sample of 79 doctors from various disciplines, and reliance has been in the study on the descriptive approach adopted, as well as study on scale of burnout for Maslach, which consists of 22 words, the study concluded a set of results, the most important was that there were no statistically significant differences between the enterprise and public hospital doctors Youssef Damarji in tiaret attributable to gender and seniority in the profession and medicals pecialty. أدخل الملخص هنا داخل هذا الإطار (لا يجب أن يتعدى الملخص كاملا حدود 200 كلمة على الأكثر ) ؛ الملخص هو مختصر مركز تنتمي هذه الدراسة إلى مجال السلوك التنظيمي في المؤسسات، حيث تهدف إلى الكشف عن الاحتراق النفسي لدى الأطباء بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية العمومية يوسف دمرجي بتيارت، تم تطبيق الدراسة على عينة قوامها 79 طبيبا و طبيبة من مختلف التخصصات، و تم الاعتماد في الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، كما اعتمدت للاحتراق النفسي و الذي يتكون من 22 عبارة، و خلصت الدراسة إ لى Maslach الدراسة على مقياس ماسلاش مجموعة من النتائج كان اهمها أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الأطباء بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية العمومية يوسف دمرجي بتيارت تعزى إلى الجنس و الأقدمية في المهنة و التخصص الطبي [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
