| Abstract (English): |
Scientific terms and descriptive phrases constitute a cornerstone for understanding any science, grammar is one of those sciences that have their own terminology and descriptive terms. Grammar scientists have been taking care of studying the grammatical term in past and present. However, they neglected to study many descriptive phrases and one of the phrases “disputable” According to what I have seen. I have not found any scientist studied it (Past and modern). I have followed this phrase by research, extrapolation and study. Moreover, the nature of the study has required to divide the paper topics. I have studied in the first topic phrase “disputable” in the religious system, has been allotted the second to study part significances word “disputable” in the grammar system, finally, the sources and .references have mentioned. تتلخص هذه الدراسة في بيان ماهية عبارة نقدية كثر تداولها في المدونة النحوية وهي عبارة " فيه نظر " فلم تحظ هذه العبارة بدراسة ثنين حقيقتها وتجلي غموضها ، وقد تتبع الأصول الأولى لهذه العبارة والحقل الذي تداولت فيه ، وخلصت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها : أن عبارة " فيه نظر " تستعمل في القير الخوي ، ويغلب إطلاقها على رأي ما ؛ لاعتراض عليه ، ومن المحققين من يطلق هذه العباره على الرأي غير الصحيح ( المردود ) تأدبا مع قائله ، فإذا گر التحوي سي الضعف دل ذلك على رده لهذا الرأي ، وإن لم يبين الوجة الراجح كان ذلك إشارة منه لعدم السليم لذلك الرأي ؛ لأعتراض اقتضى ذلك ، ويكون السياق الذي ترد فيه العبارة هو الحاكم على بيان دلالتها القطعة.
