| Abstract (Chinese): |
目的 探讨早期活动方案对重症监护病房(ICU)机械通气患者预后结局的影响。方法 采用回顾性病例分析 法,选取该院综合ICU 2018年3月至2019年3月收治的42例机械通气患者作为观察组,2017年3月至2018年2月收治的47 例机械通气患者作为对照组。2组患者均给予ICU 常规护理流程,在此基础上,对观察组患者实施早期活动方案,比较2组患者 ICU 机械通气时间、ICU 停留时间、不良事件发生率、呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率等情况。结果 观察组患者ICU 机械通气时间、 ICU 停留时间、呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组与对照组相比,非计划拔管事 件发生率无明显增加(P >0.05)。结论 早期活动方案安全可行,能提高患者的生活质量,利于患者早日康复.
