| Abstract (English): |
The Mawali were important for the society from the Prophet’s mission until the end of the Rashidun Caliphates, and they had relations with the Arabs that differed according to the interests that bound them, and according to the loyalty that united them. The word Mawali also differed in its meanings and connotations, so it carried many meanings before Islam, and when Islam came they become more different and came to include other meanings, but at the time of the Rashidun Caliphate, a difference appeared in the concept of this word, and it was given to non/Arab citizens of the open countries, just as the Mawali had a role in the Arab Islamic community in all levels before the mission and until the end of the Rashidun era, and Islam gave the Mawali rights and duties The study tackles their situation and how they were equaled with the rest of the Muslim society. شكل الموال احد ابرز عناصر المجتمع من البعثة النبو ةٌ حتى نها ةٌ الخلافة الراشدة، وكانت تربطهم مع العرب علالات اختلفت حسب المصالح الت كانت تربطهم، وحسب الولاء الذي جٌمعهم، كما اختلفت اللفظة ف معان هٌا ودلالاتها، فحملت ف ط اٌتها الكث رٌ من المعان لبل الاسلام، ولما جاء الاسلام اختلفت واصبحت تشمل معان اخرى، اما ف زمن الخلافة الراشدة فظهر اختلافا ف مفهوم هذا اللفظة، فؤطلمت على ابناء البلاد المفتوحة من غ رٌ العرب، كما كان للموال دور ف المجتمع العرب الاسلام ف جم عٌ الاصعدة لبل البعثة وحتى نها ةٌ العصر الراشدي، واعطى الاسلام للموال حمولا وواجبات ساعدت ف تحس نٌ وضعهم، بل ساوتهم مع بم ةٌ عناصر المجتمع.
