The research is based on the study of discrimination in the Hadith of the Noble Prophet (Saheeh Muslim). The nature of the topic requires that the subject be divided on two topics preceded by the preamble. The first is its title. The title is to distinguish the number assigned and to divide the singular after the complex and singular numbers after the words of the contracts. After the number is divided on the combined abstract plus the singular and abstracted. In addition, the research has relied on various sources and references, this effort and God Almighty dependence. إ َّن باب املنصوبات حمط خالف بني النحاة، فقــــــد اختلف النحاة يف حتـديد نوع املنصوب، وقد كانت هلم يف ذلك تقديرات خمتلفة تقوم عىل النزعة العقلية التي يقوم عليها النحو ، وقد بذل النحاة القدامى جهودًا عظيمًة يف دراسة التمييز من اخلليل بن امحد الفراهيدي (ت571ه) الذي فرق بني ما ينتصب عىل التمييز ، وما ينتصب عىل التفسري ، وإن التمييز ينقسم اليوم إىل متييز مفرد ومتييز نسبة ، وعند سيبويه (ت581ه) ظهرت فروع هذين القسمني ، واقترص متييز النسبة عنده يف املحول عن فاعل مضاف ، أما النحاة املتأخرين أضافوا فرعًا أخرًا وهو التمييز املحول عن مفعول به مضاف ، وقد عكف النحاة عىل حتديد السامت اخلاصة بالتمييز ودراستها من خالل املقارنةمع غريهمن املنصوبات ،منها احلال وال ننكرقيمة اجلهوداملبذولة يف دراسة التمييز وهلذا من النادرأ ْن خيلوكتاب من كتب النحو من ختصيص باب للتمييز يف دفتيه.
