| Abstract (English): |
The research idea focuses on studying the approaches that Islamic scriptures relied on in determining the sayings and deeds that are considered ground for the "kufr" or infidelity and disbelief of the "mukallaf" or obligated person . The research aims to clarify the foundations and disciplines for "takfir" or claiming a mukallaf is a disbeliever . Takfir is extremely critical and widely affects the Islamic reality of today. Thus, this research aims to participate in answering to those who deal with the matter with extremism or take matters too lightly . It also aims to clarifying how Shariaa gives importance to dealing carefully with takfir and the disciplines it provided in that regard. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |

تقوم فكرة البحث على دراسة المسالك التي اعتمدت عليها النصوص الشرعية في بيان المناطات التي تجعل الفعل أو القول الصادر من المكلف موجبا للكفر والخروج من الملة، وذلك من خلال بيان الأمور الموجبة لضرورة ضبط المكفرات القولية والفعلية والاعتقادية، وبيان أهم المسالك الشرعية التي جاءت في تحديد المناطات الموجبة للكفر الأكبر المخرج من الإسلام، ويهدف البحث إلى ضبط باب التكفير من حيث الأصل؛ لكونه بابا خطرا شديد التأثير في الواقع الإسلامي، ويسعى إلى المساهمة في الرد على المنحرفين في باب التكفير، سواء بالتشديد أو بالتساهل، وإلى إثبات أن الشريعة اهتمت بباب التكفير، وقدمت فيه أصولا وقواعد ضابطة لتفاصيله.
