| Abstract (English): |
Labour epidural anaesthesia became standard of care in Poland. Along with increasing number of labour analgesia procedures, we experience an increase in reported neurological problems in postpartum period, which are automatically relied to anaesthetist involved. It is intended in this paper to present and compare the most frequent neurological deficits that occur after natural birth and delivery with a benefit of epidural or spinal anaesthesia. Znieczulenie przewodowe porodu stało się standardem opieki położniczej w Polsce. Wraz ze wzrostem popularności samego znieczulenia, narasta ilość zgłaszanych zaburzeń neurologicznych w okresie poporodowym, które automatycznie przekazywane są anestezjologom zaangażowanym w proces porodu. W niniejszym opracowaniu przedstawiono i podjęto próbę porównania najczęstszych problemów tego typu występujących po samym porodzie oraz porodzie z zastosowaniem blokady centralnej.
